wash your hair every day, your hair will be more cleaner and in the end you skin won't be as oily, you should was your skin every day as well.

the only reason you have oliy skin is because of your hair.

make sure you don't use to much conditioner either, no bigger then the size of a 50 cent coin, that might also be why your hair get so oily. What can i use/do to treat oily hair %26amp; skin?
What many people don't realize is that when your hair and skin is excessively oily, you actually have dry skin and should be moisturizing it. Basically when your skin becomes really oily, it is your oil glands way of trying to make up for your dry skin, by producing oil. So try using a moisturizer on your face and some moisturizing shampoo. My guess is you wake up with really dry skin, but as the day goes by it gets really oily? Try moisturizing and that should take care of the problem
You need to find the right oily hair shampoo and use it the right way.

One useful tip when looking for shampoo for oily hair to use is to look for a shampoo that is clear and see-through. This kind of hair shampoo is less likely to leave residue after washing due to its ingredients and is better in getting rid of the oiliness. Also, look for shampoo that is specially formulated for oily hair. Normally, it will state clearly at the bottle/container and sometimes it is also stated as deep cleansing or clarifying shampoos. Another tip to take note is to avoid using shampoo that combines with conditioner. It might be convenient, you might think, but it is not quite effective or suitable as a shampoo for oily hair.
