Would eating oily and fried foods make your skin oily?

Let's say you have oily skin, so would eating oily and fried foods make your skin even more oily?Would eating oily and fried foods make your skin oily?
Absolutely not. The top dermatologists in the country have completed multiple studies regarding this ';myth'; and there is no proven connection between greasy food and your skin. This applies to the chocolate and sugar myth as well; no connection. The only foods that have been proven to cause your skin to break out are whole milk dairy products, such as ice cream and cheese, and peanuts and similar products. So don't listen to the other idiots who fell for the ';bad food=bad skin'; myth.Would eating oily and fried foods make your skin oily?
It can be one of the reason. An oily skin , as the name implies, is one in which the sebaceous or oil-producing glands are over active. As surface grease tends to attract dirt, an oily skin acquires a dirty surface film , that needs to be removed daily. For more details log to http://useinfo-oilyskin.blogspot.com/
I don't think it would help make it go away, that's for sure

I would eat out every two weeks and eat other foods for the rest of the time. That and regular face products should clear up your face
no, it would just make you fat!
No that is a myth, it is bad for your health. You should use proactive solution to help your skin.
eating fish is actually very good for you skin because it the natural oils moisturize your skin... and yes greasy foods do effect your skin... they may not make it oily but you definitely find an increase in acne.. also eating greasy foods can generally make you less healthy... which means more less immune to skin problems...
I'm not entirely sure but I do know that Iodine can make your skin oily. Iodine is found in a lot of seafood.
only if you touch your face right after eating.

the whole bad food gives you bad skin thing is a complete hoax.
You get more break-outs when eating greasy foods. So I guess that makes you skin more oily...
it shouldnt.

the pores dont absorb oil...

also, it goes through your system.

not straight to your skin.

good luck ! and happy new year !
It can make the skin around your mouth oily, but that's just because that skin comes in direct contact with the oil in food.
No, it doesn't make it oilier. It's just a myth.

If you want to reduce the oiliness of your skin you can try Velocity face wash by Mary Kay, it helped me.
