you can use blotting papers. clean %26amp; clear line sells them. u can buy them at walmart or any pharmacy store. they're great for me =)
2 prong approach? First, to get the skin clean, use laundry detergent soap powder(like Sunlight). Essentially, it is no different than powdered soap products. Sprinkle that on a wash cloth and have at 'er. That will get the surface oil off...and you are good for awhile.

You got to ask yourself ';where is the oil coming from?'; Well, the ole bod is comprised mainly of water, so the oil is coming from fat produced by the body (as fat is stored energy) That energy is from carbohydrates- starch products(or simple sugars). Now before you blame all potatoes and breads.. . . look at your consumption of sugary or sweetened products. That sugar goes almost straight into the blood stream (like gas on a fire) to be used instantly- in a vigorous way. If you are going to eat the sweets and then just watch TV, the body does not know what to do with that energy; so it is changed into fat and crap. Energy to be used later on(maybe when you don't have enough food energy in your stomach. %26gt;That is why the wild animals eat like crazy all summer to build up the fat stores so they will stay alive during the winter hibernation.%26lt;%26gt;all sleep-no eat%26lt;

The same applies to breads, pastas and potatoes except the energy is not like gasoline, but more like a ';log'; on the fire....giving you a longer duration burn.

The body cannot use the complex carbohydrate that starch is, but the body can convert it to a simply carb.(sugar) which it can use. Again if you don't use all the starch energy, the body is stuck with it and converts the unused portion to fat stores and crap.

Okay so far so good. When your sugary treats or carbs are deep fried in oil, there is additional fat (in the oil) The body has gotten to a point where crapping is not getting rid of it all. So, the excess fat leaves by the only other organ able to expel--the skin.

You drink a lot of fluids on a given day. You don't necessarily pee it all out. You perspire a lot of water through the skin. Even the places that seem dry are still allowing water to leave.

If the water can be expelled that way so can the excess oils. Your body is trying to get rid of it. So as a fat molecule is much larger than a water molecule, it has difficulty getting out through the pores(giving you a ';breakout of zits, acne, and other grossness';

What are you to do? Cut back on the fats/sugars/deep-fried foods.

Raw vegetables have no fat, until you add the butter or cheese sauce. Fruits are pretty well balanced in their natural sugars, until you add additional sweeteners.

I said sweeteners (not just sugar) Artificial sweeteners are still seen by the body as sugar.

Diet soda does not mean soda without sugar(that would be black coffee or water) it is just reduced from the regular brand of the same stuff. So instead of 10 tsp, they have 9.

Sugar is cheap and so is fat and both make the cheapest foods taste good when enough is used.

Want to reduce your intake...buy the higher priced foods. You will eat less because it costs more. But it will generally have better nutrition(unless you are comparing Twinkies with Diet Twinkies).

Changing you diet will get rid of the oily skin permanently....so you need no cleansers or makeup to hide it.

While I have never had to measure it time-wise, as it would depend on how much body fat you have and how active you are...the more active in sports(with sweating and drinking of water) you will probably take at least a month to start noticing the less greasiness to the skin and the lesser breakouts. It is just a guess....
