If you have oily skin that means you need to take care of it better. I suggest Neutrogena, Clean %26amp; Clear, or Clearasil products. Also, yes I use Covegirl Tru Blend and it works wonders!!!! Another thing, you shouldn't start wearing makeup until you are at least 13 or 14 or in junior high and high school.What is a good powder(pressed or loose) foundation. I am 12 and have oily skin...?

But leave her alone, her skin is OILY she needs it, I had oily skin when I was 12 as well.

well if u got the pressed powder unfortunately it was no siccess for me and left my skin lookin cakey and blotchy but the liquid form works wonders

Best advice is not to put on any make-up on your face.
U are still young,U will have the chance when U are older.
Just wash your face with water will do.
Bare Essentials makeup is the best. You should try it out and see. Every makeup works different on people, you have to try to find out. You always want to get makeup thats oil free and won't cause you to break out. I've been using Bare Essentials for a few years now, and I still love it.
CoverGirl Tru Blend is good. You may also look at trying CoverGirl Clean Pressed Powder. It is very light and it is Clean, so it doesn't have oils that will get in your skin. It also has something inside of it that helps with oils in your skin, so it is even better. It is normally $4 or $5 at your local drugstore and it comes in a bunch of tones so you may want to look at it and see if that will work for you, most all of CoverGirl products are really reliable. babygirl...you are too young to be wearing makeup. just because your face is oily doesnt mean you need makeup. all you need is a good face cleanser for oily skin. olay have good cleansers.
you are way to young :( . You can take care of the oiliness without makeup. Try Palladio Rice Powder tissues they soak up the oil and keep you looking fresh. They do have a little bit of rice powder on them but it is natural and non comogenic (I am not sure if I spelled that right-- but basically it doesn't clog your pores) Sally Beauty Supply sells them

seriously, if you start using foundation this early, by 25 your skin will look ugly. Let is breathe and go to a dermatologist for a good recommendation on what to do for the oily problem.
It's not an age thing..I mean you can do whatever u want to your skin...but unfortunately the more commercial cosmetic stuff you put on NOW the more it will affect your face later:( They kind of use all kinds of harsh chemicals in them...at least use Bare Minerals or some organic/natural stuff.
ahmm.. loose powder. pond's oil control blemish control.. the pink blush will give you a blooming look..=)
Oily skin can get spotty easily, stick with that one for now but take it off at night otherwise you are inviting the zits to move in.

Just check the ingredients in it. If there is no mineral oil in it, it should be okay.
MAC is perfect for you.
i use their studio fix in c3 and ill never use anything else.
its oil absorbing, so its perfect for your skin.
covergirl trublend is the best drugstore foundation, but if you want to spend a bit more, i suggest MAC.
Clinique is also good.
you're twelve years old if you wear makeup now you're gonna look like a 60 year old when you're 40. instead of foundation use oil absorbing sheets. i like clean and clear morning burst oil absorbing sheets. i would hold out on wearing makeup until like 7th grade. in 7th grade all i wore was concealer, lip gloss, and eyeliner. in high school, i'm gonna wear a little more. wait until high school to really wear any makeup and when you do decide to wear makeup get non comedegenic(sp) it wont clog your pores which makeup tends to do to oily skin. good luck :)
well if u have oily skin, makeup clogs your pores and then can make u break out, and with having oily skin, it can make it that much worse. I suggest before applying any kind of foundation, use rubbing alcohol on your face, it will dry out your pores, and make your skin appear less oily through make-up. I have Tru-Blend and it is ok, it's not all it's cracked up to be. It made my face feel greasy the next morning. So just makesure u are not too tired to wash it off before u go to bed.
