I don't remember properly but I think I read somewhere that if you hv oily skin you should use rose water instead of milk and the people with dry skins should use milk cuz milk is kinda greasy ...
how much of that is true??
I was just wonderingIs it okay to use milk on your skin if you have oily skin ??
Milk is a great cleanser for anybody! It can be a little drying if anything, but that really depends on your climate. Use powdered milk mixed with a little water to form a paste. Gently massage, then rinse with BARELY warm water. The temp of your water actually has more affect on your skin than the milk does.
I have used plain, natural yogurt when my oily skin was especially bad. This really cuts through the grease! Again, make sure your rinse water is barely warm. Your face should feel 'wet' and not hot or cold.
