it sounds bizarre but you should mousturise. Your skin is dry and so your skin is trying to re-hydrate itself by producing lots of oil. If you mousturised (probably once in the morning and once at night) your skin should reduce the amount of oil it produces because u are supplying it with the moisture its trying to create!I have really oily skin especially on my forehead which causes my hair to get dirty often.?

wash it gently with soap twice or three times a day, and apply lotion that does NOT contain oil. worked for me :)
well firstly ignore all of the commercial stuf like clean and clear etc because it has been scientifically proven that soap and water is just as effective. i suggest ou use a medical brand or ask at a chemist alternitavley just wash your skin as frequently as possible. good luck! c, x
use marshmallow fluff on your skin that absorbs oil on skin.
Try a tea tree cleanser!
could it be the other way around, never heard of skin causing hair to be dirty
