So, does this product really work? And how long does it take? I have sensitive oily skin, and a lot of pimples and a couple blackheads. I'm also using La Roche Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel and St.Ives Apricot Blackhead Scrub. I want to know if this actually works and how long will it take for it to kick in ?

Effaclar K is really good. It does work, however it takes a few weeks for it to show results. I'm a beauty advisor and actually sell Laroche Posay lol so I know about it... Your best shot is to use the wash, moisturizer, and the spot treatment and throw out the st. ives scrub. Those st. ives scrubs are absolutley horrendous and are wayyyy to abrasive. Hope this helpss
